Our CAE services offerings include FEA services, CFD services, Kinematics and Multi Body Dynamics, crash test, drop test, fatigue analysis, durability tests, thermal analysis, moldflow analysis, design optimization and many such. For CAE services, we use the best in class software solutions such as HyperMesh, Ansys and many more.

 

Thermal & Fluid System

 

Our typical assignments span from geometry clean up and meshing to publication of high quality internal best practices for CFD teams to adopt. We also provide custom training and support solutions depending on customer requirements.

 

The Success of a CFD analysis project is dependent on meshing approach and mesh quality. The Pravaha team uses leading tools such as Tgrid, HyperMesh and the ANSYS meshing platform, so that “physics-relevant” meshes can be generated.

 

 

Scientific Computing

CFD solvers often need customization to incorporate additional physics. Whereas, open source platforms like, OpenFOAM allows the users to develop their own solvers. In either case, the onus to create a robust software lies with the user.



Pravaha team is highly experienced in development of new solvers with cross compatibility of physics. All our codes have been extensively validated over range of applications with published literature as well as by comparison with other commercial solvers/ experimental observations
